Description
How a heat pump works
The outdoor unit harvests thermal energy from the air to supply heating, cooling and domestic hot water. Up to 75 % of the energy is drawn from the air, the remainder from electricity. The air-to-water pump uses a compressor and refrigerant to move this energy into water, which is then heated and circulated throughout your home.
Low-temperature technology
Ideal for new builds, these pumps run with underfloor heating or low-temperature convectors, delivering comfort matching traditional radiators while maximizing energy efficiency.
Refrigerant link
Split systems pair an outdoor air-capture unit with an indoor control unit. Refrigerant minimizes heat losses while transferring warmth into the dwelling.
