Description
How it works
The outdoor unit harvests energy from the air to deliver heating, cooling and domestic hot water. Up to 75 % of the energy is drawn from the air, with electricity covering the remainder. An air-to-water heat pump uses a compressor and refrigerant to move this energy into the water, warming it as required before sending it around your home.
Low-temperature heat pump
Built for new-build properties, these units suit under-floor heating or low-temperature fan convectors, delivering comfort equal to traditional radiators while running at lower flow temperatures.
Refrigerant connection
Split heat pumps pair an outdoor air-capture module with an indoor control hub. Linking them via refrigerant lines keeps energy losses to a minimum as heat is moved inside.
