Description
How the system works
The outdoor unit draws energy from the air to deliver heating, cooling and domestic hot water. Up to 75 % of the energy is harvested from the air, the remainder is supplied by electricity. The air-to-water heat pump uses a compressor and refrigerant to transfer this energy to the water, heating it on demand for your home.
Low-temperature heat pump
Built for new-build properties, these units pair perfectly with underfloor heating and low-temperature convectors, running at reduced water temperatures while delivering comfort equal to standard radiators.
Refrigerant connection
Split heat pumps consist of an outdoor air-handling module and an indoor control module. Refrigerant piping keeps heat losses to a minimum while moving energy inside the house.
