These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made on the Coolexia website to:

Coolexia offers air conditioning, ventilation, heating equipment and their accessories for sale. The essential characteristics of products are presented on each product page in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code.

3.2 Photographs and Descriptions

Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity. Minor differences cannot be considered false advertising.

3.3 Availability

Our product offers are valid within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Coolexia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

8.1 Timeframe

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, specific spare parts ordered on request, and products unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons.

9.1 Manufacturer Warranty

All our products benefit from a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty from delivery of the goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771.

9.2 Legal Warranty of Conformity

Products also benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

9.3 Extended Warranty

Some products may benefit from an additional manufacturer warranty (up to 5 years on compressors). Conditions are specified on the product page and in the documentation provided.

Coolexia’s liability cannot be engaged in the following cases:

• Non-compliance with delivery country legislation
• Misuse or non-compliant installation
• Internet network failure
• Force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of translation, only the French version is authoritative. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.
